Antioch: Hillcrest Avenue eBART Station
The Antioch eBART station near Hillcrest Ave.
along Highway 4 will be the second station of the
BART system extension to Eastern Contra Costa
County. eBART is a project to provide residents of
eastern Contra Costa County with alternatives to
driving on congested Highway 4. It also provides
an opportunity to focus new homes and jobs in
healthy vibrant neighborhood within walking
distance of transit. Read

Timeline and Opportunities for Public Input
- Thursday, September 18, 7:00 pm: Hillcrest eBART Plan First Community
Meeting. Join TALC and CCISCO and share your vision for a better Antioch.
- Fall 2008: Second Community Meeting to present final alternatives.
- Spring 2008: Final Specific Plan and EIR approved by Planning Commission
and City Council.

TALC is working with local groups to make sure
community interests are well represented in the
planning process. We are working with CCISCO
(Contra Cost Interfaith Supporting Community
Organization) is organizing community residents
through several congregations in Pittsburg.
